Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and review outlets’ performance
- Provide adequate guidance, product information and support to help outlet owners achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement processes and action plans to increase sales
- Work closely with marketing team on advertising and promotional programs
- Executive and drive marketing initiatives at outlets
- Collaborate with Sales Expansion team on pre-opening activities such as pre-launch meeting, product training, promotional programs etc.
- Build effective relationship with outlet owners to drive sales
- Develop and update training materials
- Conduct trainings for new and existing outlet owners and shop assistants.
- Ensure consistent implementation of Tupperware policies, principles and philosophies as well as safeguarding Company image
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year of sales experience in FMCG/ retail industry
Preferred Skills
- Target driven, highly committed and ability to work independently
- A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
- Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Adaptable and flexible to changes
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Passion in cooking is an added advantage
- Able to travel for business trips within Vietnam
