Sales Development Executive

This role will support the Sales Development Manager in driving sales performance of outlets within the specific region.

Drive Sales Development business in assigned region by sales activities and execution

Role and Responsibilities

- Responsibility for Sales performance and member

  • Follow up and monitor outlet (OL) business activities and performance
  • Coordinate and delegate the MKT program/ Sales program to OLs
  • Propose and execute the activation plan to push sell out
  • Coordinate and execute OL selling platform
  • Plan and coordinate for OL soft opening and Grand opening

- Training and OL support:

  • Train and prepare break even plan for new OL
  • Support to develop training material
  • Conduct training for new OL shop assistant and OL owner
  • Deliver information of Sales/ MKT programs to OL
  • Support to build the selling process at OL

- Others:

  • Weekly, monthly sales report
  • Other tasks as assigned by line manager
  • Lead in building supporting program for outlet activities

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience in B2B sales, Customer service, Retail business
  • Selling skills, ability to convince and training OL
  • Customer focus, innovation, business insight
